As it is company  policy to keep up with all the latest developments in electronics, BSI reserves the right to modify any of the features. Actual features and overall dimensions may thus in some cases not correspond exactly to those specified in the catalogue. Each equipment comes with all the accessories required to use it properly. In some cases, applications may be extended by using other accessories, which are supplied on specific request as optionals an  charged separately. BSI products are delivered ex-works and travel at the Buyer¹s risk. All equipment is guaranteed for 12 months, excluding semiconductors and valves, which are covered by the relevant manufacturers¹ warranties. The warranty does not include any products that have been tampered with or manipulated without specific authorisation from BSI. BSI also offers a repair service for its own products. Repairs not covered by the warranty are made on specific written request, followed by a written quotation which must be accepted and signed by the Customer. It is important for each appliance returned for repair or revision to be accompanied by a proper delivery note completed in full and specifying the defect found and the name and telephone number of the contact person should the manufacturer require further details.
